This reader consists of four sections. The introductory section touches on important subjects of the Luganda language. Those include the alphabets, orthography, the consonants, verbalizing the consonants, the semi-vowels, combination of dissimilar consonants, stressing consonants, word separation, etc. Next section is made up of 51 Luganda selections chose from various news channels. Vocabulary at the end of each selection is listed according to their appearance in the selection. Translations of all 51 Luganda selections can be found in the next section. The Glossary section is the compilation of all vocabularies list in those 51 selections and sorted alphabetically.
